    Focus on root-cause problems not symptoms. Also don’t get involved in office politics, rather focus on bringing positive energy to your day, your job and your life.

    I have been an Advisory Board Member for LIM College “Where Business Meets Fashion” for 14 years. This program is the intersection of business and fashion and I’m always proud to be involved. Moreover, I have worked with Indiana University for five years, and the Pratt School of Design for several years, creating the annual “Student Fashion Competition.” These achievements have not only helped my brand grow, but give back to the next generation of up and comers in the visual merchandising, retail and fashion industries.

    It’s creativity; the ability to express yourself through design, fashion and business skills.

    Its international scope and manufacturing capabilities. Nobody can came close to matching our manufacturing excellence.

    Two things everyone should remember, “Everything in business is selling good ideas, learn how to present and believe in yourself.” And “There’s no bad creative idea, only timing.”

    I am proud of the work that we do with all of our customers, particularly those for whom we design custom collections. It is so exciting to collaborate and consult with retailers and brands on designing mannequin collections that speak to the look, tone, feel and fit of their brand, not ours.

    What don’t I love? It’s creative; it’s crazy; it’s fast paced, and you can see the results of your work within 3 to 4 months’ time in-store.

    I am proud of the work we did to make our company a real international player. Being surrounded by different point of views, not only thanks to our international clients, but also thanks to our amazing team, and being a connection point in this bigger plan that an international group represents, it’s my favorite achievement.With that in mind, I’m excited to think that my biggest achievement is yet to come as our brand continues to grow and expand.

    I love to travel around the world, and discover global and local trends in visual merchandising. I personally find it fascinating to see how much influence one window in Milano, New York or Shanghai can influence the trend of an entire industry.

    Show people that you care. Show them that you care for them, and that you care for what you do. To clients, to colleagues, to friends. This is the most powerful way you have to keep learning and growing every day.

    Winning the trust of Nike, which allowed us to develop the largest, most dynamic collection of mannequins that has ever been created. This changed not only the athletic market, but how the entire industry thinks about customer experience through visual merchandising.
  • What do you love about the visual merchandising business?
    I love how we are able to craft how a consumer experiences a brand.
  • What do you love about Noa Brands?
    When I started with Fusion years ago, we were the little guys just trying to carve out a piece of the visual merchandising market. Over the last 18 years, we have grown up. Noa Brands now offers the broadest most innovative portfolio of products in the industry. We not only claimed our place at the table, but in my opinion, at the head of the table because our team’s passion and drive to discover what’s next. I love that we are not satisfied with simply the status quo.
  • What’s the best piece of advice you could give someone for a successful career?
    Someone shared this advice with me and it has served me well. Always hire people that are smarter than you. Look for diversity in talents based in real world experience. Doing this allows everyone on the team to learn, grow and shine
